2011 REGISTRATION

This year the camp will be held from June 20-24 at St. Thomas Aquinas School in East Lansing, Michigan.

The column at the right lists the fees for registration, meals and T-shirt.

2011 FORMS

There are four forms to complete: registration, the general release agreement, the volunteer form and the code of conduct form. The forms are available in both English and Korean. The link to the page containing the forms is below.

You may order a KCCM 2011 T-shirt only with your registration, not during camp. There is a space in the registration form in which to indicate size and number of shirts ordered.

The close of registration and the deadline for ordering a T-shirt is June 1st.

CAMP TUITION RATES
BEFORE MAY 15th
$125 - K through 12th grade
($100 for each additional child in this age range from the same family)

$75 - preschool

CAMP TUITION RATES
FROM MAY 16th - JUNE 1st
$150 - K through 12th grade
($125 for each additional child in this age range from the same family)

$100 - preschool

CAMP T-SHIRT
$8 by June 1st
(unavailable after June 1st!)

MEALS FOR NON-CAMPERS
$5/meal or $16 for the week
(Camper meals included in registration; adults who volunteer also get free meals)
