KCC Registration Information

This year the camp will be held from June 23 - 27 at Elms Elementary School in Flushing, Michigan. The registration packet will be mailed to those who have expressed an interest. You can also obtain the packet to print by clicking on the link below, or by contacting the registrar. The packet is in PDF format and requires Adobe Acrobat Reader to open it. Acrobat Reader is a free program that you can download from the Adobe website.

2008 Registration Form

You may order a KCC 2008 T-shirt only with your registration, not during camp. There is a space in the registration packet in which to indicate size and number of shirts ordered.

The deadline to order a T-shirt is June 1st.

2008 FEES

The table below lists the fees for camp registration, T-shirt and meals. This year you must sign up for meals with registration. This will help us buy the correct amount of food.

In order to keep the registration fee low, and in order to keep the camp running, the camp uses parent volunteers. Please check your schedule to see what time you have available during camp for the following positions.

Volunteers Needed during Camp

Art Room - 2 needed daily M-Th
Snacks - 2 needed daily M-F
Playground - 2 needed daily M-F
Set up and take down equipment; clean up - 6 needed daily M–F
Nurse - 1 needed M-F
Anywhere you need me!
Store Assistant - 2 needed daily M-F
Classroom Aide - 9 needed daily M-F. We need to have a parent in each K - 8 classroom each day to help maintain discipline. That is nine volunteers needed each day. Except for PK, we prefer to have parents in classrooms where their children are not.

As a volunteer you will learn much and will enjoy your time with your children and with the other parents. Your children will appreciate your efforts. You will also ensure that the camp continues for another year. A volunteer sign-up sheet is included in the registration packet.
